1526 Blake Street in Lodo, Denver
1526 Blake Street is an 1865 historic brick building in the popular restaurant district of LoDo in Denver. The project is a complete renovation to bring the building up-to-date with modern amenities, yet maintain as much of the history of the building as possible. The model shows possible restaurant on the main floor, office space on the top floor, and 3,000 sq ft of open space in the basement.
This model features the capability of our technology, using photos, to add the whole street and surrounding scenery to the model to allow the client to view the building in its setting. This also allows the client to see the view from the different windows in the building.
Note how the fly thru shows the side view of the building with the walls down to give the client the location of the floor as it relates to the whole building.
